Tyler Stebbling

Tyler began his journey with Mallick Mechanical Contractors (MMC) in 2012 as an apprentice. Over the years, he steadily advanced through the ranks, gaining expertise in planning and executing complex projects. In 2021, Tyler transitioned into a project management role, eager to broaden his understanding of construction management from an office perspective. Today, he proudly serves as the Operations Manager of Mallick Mechanical Services.

Known for his strong character and commitment to self-improvement, Tyler’s determined mindset drives him to achieve his goals and continually raise the bar for himself. In his management roles, he has developed the technical expertise and interpersonal skills needed to lead large-scale construction projects with both efficiency and quality.Tyler is passionate about applying his skills to deliver exceptional customer service and performance. His in-depth knowledge of mechanical and HVAC systems, combined with over a decade of field experience, allows him to anticipate potential project challenges and proactively address them. He takes pride in finding innovative solutions, even when faced with the most complex issues.

In his downtime, Tyler enjoys perfecting his grilling and smoking techniques, cheering on the Ravens on Sundays, and spending quality time with his wife and three-year-old son.

Zach Coleman

Zach joined Mallick Mechanical Contractor (MMC) as a project manager in early 2021, where he successfully oversaw the delivery of several large-scale new construction projects. Today, he serves as the Sales Manager of Mallick Mechanical Services (MMS).A 2018 graduate of University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC) with a degree in mechanical engineering, Zach gained valuable experience working at both a large union MEP contractor and a small owner-direct HVAC service and installation company. Through managing a wide range of projects, from small installations to major undertakings, he developed a deep understanding of the industry’s complexities.

Over time, Zach discovered that his true passion lies in helping customers and providing innovative solutions—something he enjoys doing daily at Mallick Mechanical Services (MMS). Zach is committed to refining systems and processes to enhance Mallick Mechanical Services’ ability to exceed customer expectations. He works closely with clients to understand their goals and deliver effective, long-term, and cost-efficient solutions. With a strong culture of service, Zach fosters meaningful connections in every interaction.

In his free time, Zach enjoys golfing, rooting for the Orioles when they play the Yankees, playing board games with friends, and spending quality time with his wife and new baby boy.

Jeff Weir

Jeff Weir has been a valued member of Mallick since 1996 and has worked in the industry since 1987. With decades of technical expertise, Jeff has been deeply involved in the success of numerous MMC construction projects. During his time at MMC, he served as the director of field operations and superintendent, leading and managing over 100 skilled professionals across various job sites. Jeff has a unique ability to recognize his team members’ strengths and areas for growth, providing individualized support to help them succeed.

At MMS, Jeff is an exceptional mentor for both field technicians and office staff. He provides technical guidance, project planning insights, and ensures the company benefits from his extensive network of industry resources by reviewing estimates and facilitating connections.

In his free time, Jeff enjoys spending quality time with his family, taking vacations, and cruising around town on his Harley-Davidson.

Kenny Mallick

Kenny, the original founder of Mallick Mechanical Contractors (MMC), brings 30 years of experience in the construction industry and laid the groundwork for Mallick Mechanical’s growth from an early age. Working alongside his father in the field taught him invaluable lessons for success: pride in craftsmanship, persistence, and a strong work ethic. Kenny also discovered that his true passion lay in delivering quality results that made people happy—earning recognition for hard work was simply an added reward.

Kenny firmly believes that employees are a company’s greatest asset and that investing in their education and development is vital. He has always fostered an environment where every team member feels valued, weaknesses are transformed into strengths, and individual talents are allowed to shine. As a steward of leadership, Kenny takes pride in having inspired an entrepreneurial mindset in many within his organization.

Grounded in time-tested principles, Kenny motivates his teams to consistently deliver exceptional results and achieve customer success. His dedication to principled excellence has helped Mallick Mechanical Services (MMS) build long-standing relationships with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and general contractors alike.

In his free time, Kenny enjoys taking on new projects and spending time with his family at their farm.
