What types of HVAC systems do you specialize in?
Our team is capable of installing all manner of HVAC equipment big and small. We are especially proficient in Air Conditioners, Heat Pumps, Furnaces, Ductless Split systems, and VRF systems. If we run into anything our in-house staff can’t handle, we have a large network of partners to refer you to or get on our team to take care of everything.
How do I know if I need to replace my HVAC system?
Some common signs your system is due for a replacement include high energy bills, frequent repairs, uneven temperatures, or systems over 12–15 years old. We can assess your system, provide honest recommendations and estimates to repair, replace, and/or upgrade it.
How long does an HVAC replacement take?
In most cases, installations can be completed in one day if everything goes according to plan. Sometimes, our Mallick Mechanical Services team faces some unexpected challenges, which we will clearly communicate to you. We will do everything in our power to ensure you experience little to no downtime and have your system up and running as quickly and efficiently as possible. Your comfort and convenience are always our top priority.
What brands do you install?
We are currently partnered with Rheem for residential HVAC equipment, but we can offer any manufacturer for equipment as needed. For commercial installations and small projects, we work with all major equipment manufacturers.
Do you offer free estimates?
Yes. We provide free estimates for equipment replacements and upgrades. For our commercial clients, we provide free estimates for all manner of small projects.
Do you offer financing for HVAC replacements?
Yes. We offer financing through Synchrony for residential customers. Please be sure to call our office to learn more about financing options. You can also apply on our website to get pre-approved.
Do you remove and dispose of the old system?
Yes. We safely remove and dispose of the old system per EPA guidelines. We will handle all disposal and cleanup so we leave your home as clean as we found it.
Can I upgrade to a smart thermostat with my new system?
Yes. We can switch out your current stat to a smart thermostat. We install smart thermostats for free on all new and replacements system. Please call us for more details.
Did Mallick Mechanical Contractors shut down?
Yes… and no. “Mallick Mechanical Contractors” closed its doors in 2023, but a small group of employees used the closure as an opportunity to start something new and keep the Mallick Mechanical vision alive but on a smaller scale. Check out “Our History” for more details.
How is Mallick Mechanical Services different from Mallick Plumbing & Heating?
While both companies are sister companies under the Mallick brand, they serve different specialties. Mallick Plumbing & Heating focuses on residential and commercial plumbing service, including water heater replacements, drain cleaning, water treatment preventive maintenance among other services. Mallick Mechanical Services specializes in residential and commercial HVAC service, including system replacements, preventive maintenance, small projects and more.
