For many homeowners, owning a home can – at times – be an overwhelming experience. Where to start? Who should I speak to? How should I navigate this? In that case, the Montgomery County Home Show provides the perfect place to meet trusted professional, find straightforward solutions and explore ideas of home improvement.

Recently, Mallick Mechanical Services team had the opportunity to attend the home show in Germantown, Maryland, connecting directly with homeowners and sharing insights on heating, cooling, and indoor air quality solutions.

For Mallick Mechanical Services, the event was the perfect opportunity to meet members of the community, introduces their services and provide insight into many of the common HVAC challenges many families face throughout the year – especially as we start to head from heating season to cooling season right around the corner. Many homeowners asked about preventive maintenance on their unit prior to the spring season starting.

Throughout the event, the Mallick Mechanical Service team spoke with attendees about uneven heating, rising energy bills and systems that may be at the end of their lifespan. To help educate homeowners, a Rheem Split Unit, AprilAire Filter and Smart Thermostats were brought and displayed – presenting the opportunity for homeowners to ask questions about them.

Events like the Montgomery County Home Show also reinforce something Mallick Mechanical Services deeply values: Community Connection.
