Our Project Management Capabilities

Our Project Management staff aligns all members of the project team, maximizing efficiency, quality, and safety. An overarching construction Project Manager will ensure the safe and successful completion of your project, providing oversight of:

• Scheduling– by creating a comprehensive schedule of critical path items including procurement, submittal, delivery, major sub tasks, start-up, and closeout Mallick is able to effectively manage their scope of work within the requirements of the customer’s schedule.
• Budgeting – Budgets are created from the Estimating Department using stick and brick technique to ensure that the Customer is delivered a final product per the plans and specifications of the Project. Budgets are used to ensure that the appropriate items are procured and put in place on the Project.
• Quality Control – By utilizing a Quality Control process Mallick is remediating risk of system failure and ensuring the final product meets the Customer’s expectations.
• Construction – By planning and monitoring Construction activities in conjunction with the above items, Mallick works to ensure that timeliness of product delivery is maintained.
